When a client has existing filler & a visible lump from previous procedures our advice would be to electively dissolve before refilling.
On this occasion the client did not want to dissolve and so we used a small amount of fine filler to even out the lips.
When a lump is present on the lips adding more filler on top will only highlight the issue more. When treating this client we avoided the area of & around and focused on correcting the symmetry of the lips & disguising the appearance of the lump.
